About Us – From Memory to Movement

Two young dreamers from South San Antonio grew up walking past the old post office on Southcross Boulevard — a place once full of motion, now still and forgotten. As students at the nearby school, they never imagined the faded building would one day hold the future they’d help build.

Years later, after earning their college degrees and gaining real-world experience, they returned home with a mission: to create a space where creativity, collaboration, and community could thrive. They purchased the very post office they once walked past daily and transformed it into The Rendon Entrepreneurial Center — a vibrant hub for co-working, events, and art.

But this is more than just a business center. Every second weekend, the parking lot becomes a community yard sale, where neighbors reconnect, swap stories, and support one another. And on the last Friday of every month, the space turns into an art pop-up, featuring local poets, comedians, visual artists, and vendors — all working together to celebrate and preserve the deep cultural roots of the Old South San corridor.

What once delivered mail now delivers opportunity, expression, and hope — driven by the very people who call this neighborhood home.
